A thorough consultation is essential before any treatment. It is where Dr Harriet assesses your medical history, your facial anatomy and your aesthetic goals, and builds a personalised treatment plan tailored to you.

It is also where she tells you if you do not need treatment yet, or if what you want is not achievable with injectables. Drawing on many years as a GP, that honesty is part of what patients come to her for. Some treatments can be carried out on the same day, while others may require a further appointment.

Come with a clean face where possible and bring a list of any medication and supplements you take. Note down what bothers you and any questions you want to ask, and bring details of any previous aesthetic treatment including what was used and when.

How do I book?

Fill in the contact form on this site or email the clinic directly. Dr Harriet’s team will get back to you to arrange your appointment and to take a £50 deposit, which is redeemable against the cost of your treatment. She holds clinic in London on Thursdays at UNTIL Marylebone.

What happens during the consultation?

Dr Harriet takes a full medical history, assesses your facial anatomy both at rest and in movement, and discusses what is bothering you and what you want the outcome to be. She then sets out the options, explains the risks and benefits of each in detail, and answers your questions. You leave with a plan and a clear idea of cost.

Can I be treated on the same day?

Often, yes. Some treatments can be carried out on the same day as your consultation, while others may require a further appointment, depending on what is planned and on how much thinking time you want. There is never any obligation to proceed on the day, and many patients take the plan away and return when they are ready.

What if I am not sure what I need?

That is the most common starting point and it is exactly what the consultation is for. Most patients arrive knowing what bothers them rather than which treatment fixes it. If you would like an initial view before booking, you can send photographs through the enquiry form and Dr Harriet will come back to you.

Aftercare

You leave with a personalised treatment plan and a clear idea of cost. Where treatment goes ahead on the day, you will be given treatment-specific aftercare. Where it does not, there is no obligation to proceed and you can get in touch when you are ready.

Is the £50 deposit refundable?

The deposit is redeemable from the cost of your treatment, so where you go ahead it comes off your bill. Get in touch with the clinic as early as you can if you need to move or cancel your appointment, and the team will advise on your options.
