About Dr Harriet Turnbull
Dr Harriet Turnbull is a General Practitioner and specialist in Aesthetic Medicine with 10 years’ experience in the field. She graduated with honours from Brighton and Sussex Medical School in 2014 and qualified as a GP in 2019 following specialist training in London. Harriet completed her Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine and has practised at leading clinics, including on Harley Street, treating over 1,000 patients.
She is also an experienced international trainer in aesthetic medicine, having taught medical professionals for many years at Derma Medical, in London and in the United States. She is a member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine and of the ACE Group, the UK network for injectable complication management. She holds clinic 1 day a week, on Thursdays, at UNTIL Marylebone, 1 Orchard Street, W1H 6HJ, a 5 minute walk from Bond Street tube and next door to the Selfridges food hall.
Her approach combines medical expertise with a meticulous eye for detail, specialising in subtle, natural results that help patients look fresh, confident and entirely themselves. Her 2 named areas of special interest are the eye area and natural lip enhancement, and she is highly experienced in treating medical conditions including migraine, bruxism and hyperhidrosis alongside aesthetic work. Every patient starts with a consultation and a £50 deposit that is redeemable against treatment, and every patient seen in clinic receives a complimentary personalised skin plan.

When performed by a qualified medical professional, injectable treatments are generally safe. Only high-quality, clinically approved products are used and patient safety is prioritised at all times. Dr Harriet discusses the risks and benefits of specific treatments in detail at your consultation and is happy to answer any questions.
Most patients find these treatments minimally painful. Fine needles and gentle techniques are used to minimise discomfort. With dermal fillers and skin boosters, a topical numbing cream is often applied beforehand to enhance comfort. Dr Harriet will discuss pain management recommendations at your consultation.
Usually minimal, though it varies by treatment and area. Anti-wrinkle injections have no real downtime beyond small bumps or slight redness settling within hours. Dermal fillers carry a higher chance of swelling or bruising, particularly in the lips, which can take up to a week to resolve.
