Avoid alcohol for 24 hours and ibuprofen, aspirin, vitamin E and fish oil for 48 hours beforehand where it is safe to stop them. Come makeup-free. Tell Dr Harriet at consultation if you have any fish allergy, since the product is salmon-derived.
During treatment
Aftercare
Small injection marks, mild swelling or occasional bruising generally settle within 24 to 72 hours. Avoid makeup on the treated area for 12 hours and skip saunas, steam rooms, intense exercise and alcohol for 24 hours. Improvement builds over the weeks following each session.

What are polynucleotides made from?

Are polynucleotides the same as dermal filler?
No. Dermal filler adds volume and holds a shape. Polynucleotides add no volume at all; they work at cellular level to improve the quality of the skin itself. That distinction is why they suit the under-eye area, where adding volume badly is very visible.
How many polynucleotide sessions do I need?
A course of two to three treatments is recommended, spaced a few weeks apart. Results build across the course rather than after a single session. Dr Harriet prices the initial session at £300 and additional sessions at £250 per area, and will confirm your full plan at consultation.
Can polynucleotides help with acne?
