Consultation & preparation
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours and ibuprofen, aspirin, vitamin E and fish oil for 48 hours beforehand where it is safe to stop them. Wear loose clothing that gives easy access to the area being treated, and come well hydrated.
During treatment
Aftercare
